Johannes Andreasson is a Swedish national and took over the position of Deputy head of Mission specializing in Economy, Trade Affairs & Promotion at the Swedish Embassy in Seoul, in the year 2021.

Prior to his arrival to Seoul, Johannes has also served as the first secretary at the Swedish embassy in Tokyo between the year 2017 to 2020. Between the years 2013 to 2016, Johannes Andreasson served as the Desk Officer Department for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and between the years 2010 to 2013 he was the second secretary at the Swedish Embassy in Jakarta. 

Johannes Andreasson holds an M.A. in European Studies from Göteborg University in Sweden and an M.A. in Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of the Public Policy National University of Singapore.
