Johan Chun has been the country manager of Business Sweden, Korea since August 2012. He has a functional role as the Swedish Trade commissioner for the Swedish embassy and is part of Business Sweden´s regional leadership team.

 

With over 20+ years of professional experience from management positions in the private industry, Johan has extensive experience in Business development and strategy. He has spent the majority of his professional career in Sweden and recently Korea, but also has international experience from working in the UK, Germany and France. Currently he is also board member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Korea.

 

Before joining Business Sweden, the Swedish trade and Invest council, his professional experience range from the start-up ecosystem in Sweden, Business developer for ICA Group, one of the largest retail groups in the Nordics, to Operations manager for DHL global forwarding. He also has an advisory background in management consulting from Ernst & Young management consulting.

 

Johan is Swedish-Korean, raised in Stockholm Sweden by Korean parents. He is married with two kids.
